I learned at a very early age that I’m generally anywhere from 3-10 years ahead of my time with regards to the opportunities, or downfalls, I see in the market. For example, 14 years ago I designed a solution for the Canadian medical arena that a few companies are only now starting to bring to fruition.

Over time, I was able to use my in-sights for events that were closer to me time-wise, for example, I’ve been through numerous take-overs, mergers and sinking ships, and in every case I was able to ‘see’ what was going to happen 6-12 months out, allowing me to make decisions regarding my own career that paid off big time. I can’t tell you how many times I would give my in-sights to my Executives, have them do nothing with them, then come to me 6 months later saying, “I wish I would have listened to you!”

In-sights are what I call my ability to ‘see’ what’s coming, or what’s already emerging, using my intuitive capabilities, or intuitive sight. This is my gift. I honed my intuition as a very young child and have trusted it implicitly ever since – the trick has been getting other people to ‘see’ it! Ultimately, this has been the skill that has allowed me to design, develop and implement global enterprise learning solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. Further, for those organizations that chose to trust the process I recommended for the project, my teams had a 100% success rate in an arena that was suffering from a 60% implementation failure rate at the time.

After working with organizations from Fortune 500′s to solo-preneurs, I can tell you unequivocally that when you lift the hood on any organization, you’re going to find a mess somewhere. I’ve yet to meet the organization that has it ‘sorted’ across the board! For this reason, I now work with organizations to provide in-sights into any areas of your business. This process provides clear and concise in-sights into what (or who) may be causing discontent within the organization, what opportunities are being missed, which processes or strategies are falling down or may need to be re-aligned, etc.

Here’s the really cool part. I’ve been a consultant, so I know the process of evaluation, analysis, etc. etc. etc. It can take weeks, months or even years to complete some of these types of services. IN-SIGHTS generally take only hours (sometimes one), or days at most, depending on how deep into the organization you want me to get. I’m not solving all of your problems here, I’m identifying them for you – intuitively. There are no checklists, 360-degree evaluations or any other ‘tools’ that are used. This process is exceptionally fast and you can do with the information what you want – ideally, find a GREAT consultant to help you do something about it.

How Does it Work?

The majority of the work I do can be done via phone. If you prefer to have me on-site, that’s fine too, it’s your call (and your money:). We’ll have an initial conversation so I can get a sense of what you need me to focus on, then we’ll develop a plan from there. Sometimes the issue(s) can be identified in this initial conversation!

RATES: $200/hour or $1500/diem (travel and accommodations extra if required)

MY GUARANTEE: If I have no in-sights – you don’t pay. I want to be very clear about this – if you don’t like the in-sights I provide, or if you choose to do nothing about them, that is NOT covered by the guarantee. I don’t make this stuff up – I either get an intuitive ‘hit’ or I don’t, and if I don’t, then you don’t pay. It’s that simple:)
